Are you an artist who would like to take part in one of our vibrant, popular events?
The first thing to stress is that we do give priority for stands to members of Horsham Artists. We welcome Guest Artists, but places are limited, so if you are a local artist, why not consider joining the group? It’s a friendly, inclusive group and you can find more details about joining here. If you are not local, or would prefer to exhibit as a Guest Artist please read the information below before you apply.

Our Art Trail usually takes place in June. and this year will be over two weekends, 7/8 and 14/15 June 2025. Members open their studio spaces either on their own or with other invited members to exhibit their work over two consecutive week-ends. This provides members of the local community with an opportunity to meet a range of artists and makers to talk about and buy their work. In some instances, a member may choose to demonstrate and describe their process to visitors.
Our Art Fair takes place in October in the conference areas of County Hall North (Parkside) in Chart Way, Horsham. This has always been a highly prestigious event involving the use of professionally-installed display boards. This year the event will be over the weekend of 18/19 October 2025
Our Christmas Art Market takes place late November / early December. This is a popular festive event with visitors usually looking for smaller pieces / gifts and decorations rather than large pieces of original art. The 2025 date is yet to be confirmed
Important note about participating in our events
We do our best to run our events in a professional way, which involves a lot of work, done by people volunteering their time. It is a condition of taking part in our events that all participating artists carry out a task related to the organisation and running of that event.
A list of tasks will appear as part of the application process and, through discussion with the organising team, the applicant will have a role assigned to them. As we divide the work up, many individual tasks are not difficult or time-consuming, so we ask for everyone’s cooperation and understanding to help make our events successful.
