Who can join Horsham Artists?
Anyone who lives and/or creates their work within Horsham District and who, whether or not they sell their work, would describe themselves as an artist in the very broadest sense.
Members must be over eighteen years of age.
What does it cost?
You will be asked for a single payment of £45 when you first join.
This is made up of a one-off joining fee of £20 and your first annual subscription of £25.
The subscription year runs from January 1st to December 31st. If you join any time from Oct 1st to the end of the year, your membership will carry over to the end of the following year. (For example, if you join on or after 1st Oct 2023, your membership fee will cover up to 31st Dec 2024.)
Membership entitles the member:
- to participate in the Art Trail, Art Fair and any other Horsham Artists exhibitions and/or events. However, where there is a space restriction places will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis at the registration stage. As such, membership does not guarantee automatic participation in every event.
- to feature on all Horsham Artists social media outlets including a dedicated page on the website. Please note that setting up your Artists Profile on the HA website is compulsory for joining the group. It is a simple process carried out by our Web Manager – details of what to send him will be provided
- to attend all Horsham Artists social events
- to attend and vote at Horsham Artists meetings and the AGM
How does the joining process work?
Step 1. Please complete the online form below. If you are unable to fill in the form for any reason please contact us at membership@horshamartists.org
Step 2. On the payment page you will be offered the choice to pay by card or by bank transfer (BACS). Card payments are taken directly within the system. If you choose to pay by BACS you will need to copy the bank details given and pay via your banking app / online banking. Do remember to give your name as a reference so we know who you are!
Step 3. Once your application is complete you will be sent instructions on how to submit your details for the Member’s Gallery on the Horsham Artists website. You will also be added to our members mailing list so please check your spam and save us as a safe sender. We email members about our regular meetings and our events.
