Željko Ivanković (Jericho), was born in Subotica (former Yugoslavia) in 1970 and started his professional art practice after completing his BA in Fine Art, at De Montfort University, Leicester in 2000. His work so far, is sold privately, through art fairs, galleries or commissioned for individual clients. He is active in several art groups and has worked collaboratively on a number of art projects.

Jericho’s main form of expression is through mixed-media, object-based sculpture and his sculptures are often material-lead, referring to the human body/condition or based on plant or animal shapes. His paintings are mainly oils on canvas with use of a combination of tertiary block colours and angular composition.
